The event will be Saturday September 13, 2008 at Second Nature, Lincoln Park,
1750 N Kingsbury, Chicago 60614.
The booth package includes:
- One 10 x 8 ft. booth space
- Pipe & drape back and side panels
- One table and two chairs
- Free Listing on the Yoga Health Festival website
Booth assignment policy
- Booth locations will be assigned in order of applications with deposits received.
- Nonprofit booths available upon request. Premium vendors will get first choice.
- Only yoga, health, green related product and service companies will be allowed as exhibitors.
- Booth applications will be guaranteed after signed contract and payment has been received.
- We reserves the right to make necessary floor plan changes.
Exhibitor fees are:
- Premium Booth $ 1,295
- Corner Booth $ 950
- Aisle Booth $ 750
- Table Top $ 495 (6 ft. table and 2 chairs only)
Exhibit Hours
- Setup: Friday 9/12 from 6-9pm and Saturday 9/13 from 6-9am
- Festival: Saturday 9/13 from 9am - 7pm
- Breakdown: Saturday 9/13 from 7-10pm
- Evening Concert: Saturday 9/13 from 8-10pm
