The event will be at The Crossings Hotel & Wellness Spa, 13500 FM 2769, Austin, TX 78726.
The exhibit package includes:
- One table and two chairs
- One quality sign
- Free Listing in website
Booth assignment policy
- Booth locations will be assigned in order of applications with deposits received.
- Nonprofit booths available upon request. Premium vendors will get first choice.
- Only yoga, health, green related product and service companies will be allowed as exhibitors.
- Booth applications will be guaranteed after signed contract and payment has been received.
- We reserves the right to make necessary floor plan changes.
Exhibitor fees are:
- Premium Vendor Space $ 995
- Aisle Vendor Space $ 550
Exhibit Hours
- Setup: Wed. 9/17 from 6-9am
- Festival: Wed. 9/17 from 9am - 7pm
- Breakdown: Wed. 9/17 from 7-10pm
